WANT: Fall Staple - Monogrammed Pashmina

I'm thinking I'm going to need one of these monogrammed pashminas in black with red monogramming for any chilly Wolfpack tailgates and football games!

IE: Tomorrow. Dang. I didn't plan that one out very well.


Although... I'm not left out in the cold!

The entire E. Riley-Dorn wedding entourage received red pashminas as bridal party gifts just this past February - perfect for all of us State girls (see below)!

Big props go out to Mrs. (YES, MRS. - it still trips me out to write that) E. {Riley} Dorn for the great taste and outfitting the always classy look for tomorrow's big game vs. USC!

Rest assured, I can get by with my current selection of red or green pashminas, but one more never hurts! I hate having to pick one color to live with for good - a girl needs options! (That is yet another E. Riley Dorn principle, that every well-dressed woman should wardrobe by.)

And I do have some time until fall temperature actually set in for real. I can't imagine that the 90 degree days are actually legitimately over. I mean, I HAVE lived in NC my whole life... I know it doesn't actually work that way. (True Life: I'm also one of the many people that almost passed out at the NCSU vs. Clemson game two years ago when it went from a 60 degree tailgate to a 90 degree ballgame. I went home at half-time to shower and spend the rest of the day in the AC... something I never do.)

Long story short, monogrammed pashminas. At Swagger (in-store or online). $34.00.

WANT: I Must Have These Boots

Love at first sight... I am not even kidding.

I WILL have these. ASAP.

Double ASAP because they are only $160.00, which if you know boots, you know that's a steal for beautiful boots. (Especially because you can get them re-soled time after time again.

Boys may come and go, but great boots last forever.

Also totally loving these.



I need to start bartending so I can have cash money coming in on the regular that's not already accounted for something. HAH! (Notice my terrible logic here: Not so I can save it, but so I can indulge in a ridiculous boot collection!)

Everyone's got their vices - I just wish mine didn't come in so many different styles, colors, and finishes!

WANT: Monogrammed Cell Phone Case

So my new phone was launched last week... and I still can't figure out why the folks at Sprint (I would obvi never blame a customer service issue on Nextel since those didn't exist before the merger) haven't gotten the site fixed so I can find ringtones that are compatible and cell phone covers that fit.

Not that I expected anything cute or monogrammed anyway... but a girl can always count on her friends!

Because this has happened to me one too many times, my mother stuffed my stocking '07 with this adorable cell phone holder. The kind I have has a little clip on the back. I love it and try to remember to use it more often than not. One downfall is the size of cell phones these days. I'm not sure a lot of the newer models would fit.

Although it's not Swagger, this one store has created iPod Holders to keep up with the times. They're cute too and are equpped with arm bands for people who run or even like to simply frequent the gym. A lady would even consider matching her holder with her tennis shoes. They're are so many cute boys at the gym. I'll save that blog for another day! I would love to sell these monogrammed goodies via this blog but I will wait until I convince people at Swagger to get some in.

(Local) WANT: Tough Love's Merino Wool Dress

Really in love with this tunic/dress featured on Tough Love's blog from tough love boutique:Boutique-owner Ashley emailed me (in response to my blog post comment of "Oooh nice! How much is the tunic/dress? And does it become green at the bottom?") and gave me the scoop on it:The dress is actually all grey (it's Merino wool). The price is $110. A little pricy but really cute and lots of things could be worn with it.I'm just imagining what I could do with that dress, some cute tights, and a sweet pair of riding boots. Now, where shall I find $110 to move into the dress budget??

This is by far my fave... and a steal at just $54.50!

Just think about how many formal-ish events you could wear this too. I say formal-ish because I could probably even be caught at the bar on a random weekend night in this thing. Just give me a chance to wear it... I would.

It comes in pink, too... but that would definitely require a specific reason (ie: breast cancer fundraiser! or baby shower).

Nautical by Nature is a blogging girl after my own heart.

Not only is her blog layout so freakin' adorable that it makes me want to abandon my Google Reader so that I can enjoy everyone's cute layouts again for a second (seriously, only for a second, the amount of time I spend on blogs would quadruple I'm sure) but she always has the best boaty stuff for a girl in my industry.
